Financial Services
Capitol House Investments offer our clients a variety of Financial and Legal Options to complement and enhance their property portfolio. We offer Consultation Service to assess & review your finances and advise you on the best options to suit your individual circumstances. This can take place at our office or elsewhere in accordance with your convenience.
As specialists in property finance, we have in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of different mortgage choices including commercial and overseas lending, remortgage and buy-to-let options. We take responsibility for the entire process and deal with the application and the submission of all information specified by the lender, monitoring the procedure through to completion and dealing with all the legal and underwriting issues. In addition we will provide a continuous monitoring service to ensure that your mortgage continues to offer the best value on the market, and will suggest switching to a more suitable product should one become available.
We offer advice on the different insurance options available that may best suit your circumstances. We undertake an in-depth analysis of your current provision and suggest additions or alternatives where appropriate, taking into account your future requirements.
We assess your Buildings and Contents Insurance to ensure that it provides sufficient cover as the value of your assets grows. We look at your personal situation to ascertain whether Life and Critical Illness Insurance would be an appropriate product and at what level of cover, to assist you and your family financially in the event of circumstances such as critical or terminal illness, death or permanent disability. We also consider whether Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance (MPPI) would be beneficial, to cover your mortgage if you are made redundant, have to give up work to care for a family member or are unable to work due to accident, illness or disability.
• Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
• We do not usually levy an arrangement fee, but should a fee be charged it will be due on application, the exact figure to be agreed according to your circumstances.
• Commercial Lending, Overseas Mortgages, Bridging Finance, and in general Buy-to-Let Mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
